ACRA is a Canadian not-for-profit corporation promoting collaborative dispute resolution on www.albertacollaborative.ca. ACRA is the entity that owns and operates the blog and the website.

These Terms of Use apply to the Site and any newsletter or subscription services that may be provided by ACRA. on occasion (collectively, the Services). In addition to these Terms of Use, your access to and use of the Site and Services is governed by ACRA’s Privacy Policy and ACRA’s Disclaimer.

The jurisdiction and venue for actions related to disputes over the above will be in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and you agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the purposes of resolving any disputes as outlined above.
